Labor Day was just this last Monday, and while it's not as long a weekend as last, I think I need to roll out this series again. I considered doling all thirteen parts over an entire week, but changed my mind. Lots of reading here, but if you want to understand a foundational truth of American Church life, this series will clue you in on issues you've probably never thought about in depth.

This series is foundational to much of the talk that occurs at Cerulean Sanctum. If you wish to understand what goes on here, there's no better place to start:

Upcoming Series: The Christian & the Business World

The Christian & the Business World #1: My Qualifications for the Series

The Christian & the Business World #2: Economic Systems

The Christian & the Business World #3: Subduing the Earth

The Christian & the Business World #4: The Industrial Church Revolution, Part 1

The Christian & the Business World #5: The Industrial Church Revolution, Part 2

The Christian & the Business World #6: The Industrial Church Revolution, Part 3

The Christian & the Business World #7: Binding the Business Strongman

The Christian & the Business World #8: The Redemption of Corporate America

The Christian & the Business World #9: The Redemption of Corporate America, Part 2

The Christian & the Business World #10: The Redemption of Corporate America, Part 3

The Christian & the Business World #11: The Redemption of Corporate America, Part 4

The Christian & the Business World #12: The Redemption of Corporate America, Part 5

The Christian & the Business World #13: Radical Christian Workers Unite!

I read this post when it originally came out. Now that it is out again, it will prompt me to respond. I have been heavily involved in creating my consulting and executive coaching business.

I want to alert you that I will be challenging alot of what you wrote. I thought you raised some very interesting and valuable questions. What I will challenge is your analysis and conclusions. I take into account your disclaimer in the first blog.

I on the other hand have doctorate in Applied Behavioral Science with a concentration in Community and Organizational Psychology. I also did post doctoral studies at Dallas Theological Seminary to integrate Organizational Psychology and Biblical Theology. I am aware of your low opinion of psycholgy, but it does offer some insights, providing that you do not adhere to the worldview that many psychologists have.

Once my blog is up and running, I will link back to posts that I challenge. Do not fear, I am not a harsh critic, I think because of your lack of knowledge you wrote from your perspective. There are many things that are happening in the world of business that are positive. Unfortunately, there are more negative things that get the news.
