My understanding is that there is no Jayhawk Hotel anymore. My in-laws weren't allowed back into town. They were at a friend's house eight miles away, but had no idea that Greensburg was being annihilated. They wound up staying overnight at that friend's house. When they couldn't get back into Greensburg to see if any of their luggage contents survived, they came back home. Marie,
