I’ve got five days worth of work to cram into only two days, so I’m going to have to forgo posting my usual Thursday post.
In lieu of this, I would covet your prayers that God would profusely bless and prosper my family and me at this time.

I wish it was work. Right now I’m in a lull, but things will pick up shortly. Actually, this week its been busyness rather than business—summer activities for my son, in-laws dropping in to stay (gotta clean the house from top to bottom), errands, reviewing submissions from my writers group and getting ready for our meeting, and the little bureaucracies of life.
Plus, it’s Japanese Beetle season. For more on that read my post for June 22.
