Site Problems

Folks,
I seem to be having problems with the site. Yesterday, my host migrated the Cerulean Sanctum server to a new cabinet. Since then, the site is acting odd. It may be just a coincidence, though, as a few changes I am enacting here seem to be producing screwy results. I don’t know if someone hacked the site or not. I may need to take things down until I can find a solution.
I can’t see all the comments at all times, and sometimes on a post’s individual page the sidebar disappears. I think this is somehow tied to comments, but I don’t know. These things can be very hard to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, I have a million other things to do today and I’ve already spent too much time attempting a fix. So many things have broken at the Edelen household lately, it’s sad to say but I’m not surprised the blog is having problems.
If you are seeing problems on your end, could you please e-mail me and tell me about it? A few people mange to keep posting comments, but I can’t on my end despite cache flushes both in my browsers and on the site itself. My e-mail address is in the sidebar of the main page (and the main page does not appear to be affected).
Thanks.

Thanks, Michael. Your tip helped me find that it was one of the plugins that operated before my footer calls that was causing the issue. It had been hacked!
There is a JavaScript error in Internet Explorer 7.x:
Line: 1054
Char: 19
Error: Object expected
Code: 0
Michael,
Fixed it. I knew it was there for a long time, but had no idea where it was coming from. Turns out to be a bad option selection on an old plugin.
