Dear Readers,
Changes are coming to Cerulean Sanctum.
In the days ahead, the site will probably change its look. I hope that will be for the better. I don’t have a good sandbox for doing this yet, so we’ll see how it goes.
You will also notice a couple sponsors in the sidebar.
I had intended to discuss this particular change about a week before it happened, but one of the sponsors wanted to start early, so you got no forewarning. My apologies. I was surprised, too.
All of you know that I added a tab for donations. That was made after much wrestling in prayer. Some of the situations my family faces due to recent medical expenses and some other life-changing losses necessitated that addition. Many of my readers had asked me in the past how they could contribute. I finally made that option possible.
In the end, when I had considered what people had graciously given, I was still left with tough questions. I had literally just finished praying about how I was going to make things work when I received an email from a well known and highly respected Christian blogger inviting me to be part of a small advertising network he was putting together for select Christian bloggers. Though I had resisted this move in the past, given the person behind this endeavor, I gave it some thought. Weighing all the pros and cons, I agreed to join his network. To that end, you will see a couple 125 X 125 banner ads here.
Given some things I’ve written in the past, I hope that no one considers this a concession. It won’t be. If I ever get the impression that it is, then I’ll put things aright. Knowing the blogger overseeing this opportunity makes a difference. He’s a good man. I think that whatever companies he elects to do business with will benefit others in the long run.
These changes that I make to Cerulean Sanctum in the days to come I hope will be for the better for you, the reader, and for my family. Thank you for your support.

Would you please pray for this brother and fellow blogger?

Ike,
I attempted to leave a donation at this site, but could not verify the Paypal certificate, so I backed off. Too many bogus Paypal sites out there. My donation page validates, but the Paypal link on the page you gave does not. That’s a big red flag.
If this is a mistake, then does the owner of that site know?
