Sick, Tired, Busy…Yet Thankful.

Folks,

I’ve been horribly sick (no, not the flu, just a really atrocious cold) since last Thursday. Spent all last night with coughing fits, so I didn’t sleep. Expecting the same tonight (late Monday, as I write this).

Would appreciate prayer, especially since my work schedule is (thankfully) packed. I have to keep going. No time to take a day off. Such is the life of a freelancer.

For this reason, posting will be slim to nonexistent this week. Thank you for understanding.

Spring is nearly here.

Okay, now this one I’m gonna definitely blame on the weather, because I’ve also been fighting a cold since Thursday!

Mine isn’t as bad as yours (from the sound of things), but I had some trouble breathing/sleeping last night. I’ve felt dehydrated all day, too, so I’m not looking forward to attempting sleep again tonight. Ugh.

So let’s have a prayer exchange! I just prayed for you. Can you pray for me? ;)

Ah, one of the downsides to working from home… freelancers don’t get sick days!

Thanks all. I pretty much coughed my way through all of last night too. I don’t know what it is about my physiology that I cough so readily and so hard, but I wish it were possible to buy cough syrup with codeine without having to see a doctor. (Yeah, I know, like that will ever happen with a narcotic…)
