I can speak to the pain in someone&#039;s life and relate to it the pain that I also am going through (or have gone through).
I think it is an advantage to have had the same problem, but not necessary.
Pain is pain. Suffering is suffering. It&#039;s all an extension of breaking God&#039;s Law and the human condition.
