This series has been an interesting read. Very insightful. Ultimately, Christianity will never be ‘fixable’. It is not religion; it is relationship. These 21 Steps to a 21st Century Church are good. We need a revival of relationship; our personal, intimate relationship with the God of the universe who loves us personally and individually. I will link it tomorrow, Lord willing. Thanks again!

Thanks for this series, Dan. I’ve not gone through all of the steps in great depth yet, but it appears that you’ve kept them based on what God has to say in His Word, the Bible.

The church shouldn’t be about doing what the people want. It should be about doing what God wants. He left His instructions to us and the churches. We’re just not following them.

    Well done.

Dan, this is all interesting, but it seems you usually are up on what is the current hot topic of conversation. I wonder why you haven’t posted on End of the Spear.

    Becky,

The EotS issue is being beaten to death in the Godblogosphere. People have written about all there is to write on it. What can I add?

I don’t know—seems to me the movie is being trashed or ignored.

    Maybe there is another position?
